Dr. Jenny SandstrÖm Von Tobel

Biography

Jenny Sandström von Tobel obtained her PhD at the Eberhard-Karls University of Tübingen, Germany, where she studied the effects of modified transcriptional regulation during murine brain and eye development. Following a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Umeå, Sweden she started her postdoctoral research funded by the SCAHT at the University of Lausanne in 2011, focusing her studies on the neurotoxic effects of some commonly occurring chemical and environmental toxins. In August 2015 she joined the SCAHT head office as research coordinator in order to strengthen the SCAHT collaborative research network by providing project management support to the research groups.
