Angela Hildreth

Biography

 Angela has been the Group’s Financial Controller since 2011 and the UK Finance Director since 2015. She was instrumental in setting up, managing and running all financial processes across three countries including group consolidations and multi-currency cash and treasury management. In addition, as Head of Human Resources until 2016, she was directly responsible for building and developing a highly skilled team at Shield. She manages financial aspects of the Group’s operations and is directly involved in commercial contractual negotiations as well as influencing the Group’s strategy as part of the senior leadership team.
