Biography
Dr. Erich Bohli (1950, Swiss) has been member of the Board of Directors of Starrag Group Holding AG since April 2017. After graduating from the University of Zurich with a business administration degree, Erich Bohli held various positions at Unilever (Switzerland), including Internal Auditor, General Secretary, PR Manager, and Marketing Manager for several of the company’s well-known brands. He then worked as a consultant for a brief period before becoming an independent turnaround manager, a profession he pursued for the next 15 years. During this time, he managed companies in a variety of fields ranging from providers of computer education courses and multimedia/Internet and consumer goods companies to OTC drug makers and construction suppliers, some of which were internationally active. From 1999 to 2010, he served as CEO of Dipl. Ing. Fust AG and also served on the boards of AEG (Schweiz) AG, Swiss Dairy Food AG and Service 7000 AG. In the meantime he has resumed his activities as a self-employed corporate consultant and Internet entrepreneur. Erich Bohli earned a doctorate in business administration in 1980 and studied literature and culture from 2010 to 2014 at the University of Zurich, earning a Master of Arts in Social Science.
