r. Ashok Chandrakant Gandhi serves as a Partner of Advocates, M/s C C Gandhi & Co. Mr. Gandhi has a very wide experience as Senior Advocate of more than 40 years. He is a practicing Advocate in Civil, Company Law, Banking Law. etc. since last more than 40 years in the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmadabad. He also has extensive experience and expertise in the field of Corporate Law. Mr. Gandhi has been the Chairman of Ahmedabad Steel Craft Limited since June 10, 1994. He served as Independent Non Executive Chairman at Bloom Dekor Limited until October 24, 2008. He served as Chairman of Welspun Enterprises Limited. He serves as a Director of Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited. He has been a Non-Executive and Independent Director of Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd. since July 30, 2004. He serves as a Director of Amol Dicalite Limited, Jayatma Spinners Limited, Aarvee Denim and Exports Ltd., Ahmadabad Steel Craft Limited, MSK Projects (India) Limited and Mafatlal Industries Limited.
