Biography
Neil Mancktelow is a senior scientist in the Geological Institute of the Department of Earth Sciences. In 2006 he was awarded the title of Professor at the ETH Zurich. Neil Mancktelow's field of teaching and research is Structural Geology and he directs the Model Deformation Laboratory.
Research Interest
His principal research interests cover the geometry, kinematics and mechanics of rock deformation on all scales, from microstructures to the tectonics of mountain belts
