Biography
Dr. Nugent has substantial expertise in INFOSEC, information security, and COMSEC, communications security which are critical elements in securing an enterprise’s most valuable assets, its knowledge base and the means of communicating that knowledge. Dr. Nugent has been a leader in the INFOSEC and COMSEC arenas for almost two decades and has led INFOSEC and COMSEC component, system developments and implementations in over 90 countries in order to address both governmental and multinational requirements. Dr. Nugent also drafted one of the first papers on potential future electronic wars entitled, “Bits and Bytes versus Bullets and Bombs.”
