Biography
Katharina Roltgen is a Scientific Collaborator and a post doctoral research fellow in Molecular Immunology Unit, Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute,Basel, Switzerland. She received her PhD in Microbiiology from Swiss TPH. She also holds a position of Secretary of the Stop Buruli Consortium. Currently she is working under different projects related with Mycobacterium ulcerans. Research Interest
Research focusses on development of point of care diagnostics for Buruli ulcer and Sero-epidemiological studies on the exposure of populations in endemic settings to Mycobacterium ulcerans.
