Biography
Leah Bohle is a medical doctor and social anthropologist working in the field of public health with a focus on sexual and reproductive health. At Swiss TPH her work includes technical support, project management, consultancies, evaluations and operational research. Key areas of work include adolescent and maternal health (including midwifery), HIV and tablet-based KAP studies. She has a strong focus on qualitative research methods. In addition she teaches on maternal and child health at the HCMTC course and qualitative research methods at Swiss TPH and acts as supervisor for students. She has worked extensively in Tanzania and India, as well as in Malawi, Rwanda, South Africa, Ethiopia, Egypt, Nepal, Thailand, Kosovo, Moldova and Romania.
