Biography
Dr. Odile Pham-Tan, Medical Doctor specialist in Public Health and holder of a Master of Business and Administration brings 22 years of experience in the health sector including 19 years international experience in health program management and design with the non-profit sector in developing countries (South East Asia, Africa, Caucasus and Eastern Europe). She has 11 years’ experience within a Team Leader capacity; experience in HIV/AIDS program management and monitoring; Primary Health Care and emergency/refugees care in post-conflict settings; health needs assessments and proposals writing; Human Resources & Financial & Administrative Management; as well as project Monitoring & Evaluation. Currently working as Head of Unit of the System Performance and Monitoring Unit with the Swiss TPH, she deals more specifically with the Global Fund mandates (Local Fund Agent, Health Facilities Assessments) besides some Gavi and UNITAID mandates.
