Biography
Manfredo Quadroni graduated in Biochemistry at the ETH Zurich and then received his Ph.D. from the same institution for work centred on calcium-mediated signalling and protein phosphorylation. There he also got his training in 2D-electrophoresis and mass spectrometry in the laboratory of Dr. Peter James. During a post-doctoral stay at the University of British Columbia, Canada, he also became familiar with signal transduction in immunology.
