Biography
During my PhD I was studying evolution of bacterial ribosomal proteins. Currently I am working on dN/dS-based codon substitution models, their biological applicability and computational efficiency, especially for the large datasets.
Research Interest
My research interests are evolution, phylogeny and positive selection models.
