Biography
Martin Sophie of the Master of Science in Medical Biology hosted by the University of Lausanne.Faculty of Biology and Medicine. Ludwig Lausanne Branch Function (s): Associate Professor.
Research Interest
Cell polarization is a fundamental property that underlies many cellular functions. The Martin lab studies the spatial organization of cells and how this controls cell growth, cell division and sexual differentiation. For this, we use a very simple unicellular organism, the fission yeast.
