Biography
Parallel to his roles in academia, Christoph Lechner is also Vice President at Hügli foods, and a board member at Helvetia insurance, both of which are listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange. Furthermore, and owing to his entrepreneurial side, Christoph is a founding partner at SwissVBS, a company providing industry-leading customized learning solutions, with a presence in Switzerland and Canada. His early professional career was however firmly built within the ranks of the Deutsche Bank Group where he held various positions, including in Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance. Adding to his industry expertise is Christoph’s extensive consulting experience which spans over two decades and several industries: Corporate Strategy (Chemicals), Growth Strategy (Private banking), Corporate Strategy & Integrated Business Model (Consulting), Growth Initiative (Chemicals), Positioning of Group Development Department (Insurance), Corporate Strategy (Retail), Economics of Professional Service Firm (Auditing, Tax and Consulting).
