G. Minitziori

Biography

Gesthimani Mintziori received her Medical Degree (2004) from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Medical School (AUTh) and immediately afterwards she received her M.Sc. Degree (Medical Research Methodology, AUTh; 2006). In 2014 she completed her PhD with distinction (AUTh). She is now working as a resident in Endocrinology at the Department of Endocrinology, Ippokration Hospital, Thessaloniki. Gesthimani Mintziori is an author of many peer-reviewed articles and her works have received awards in European and International Congresses. She is a Reviewer and a Review Editor in many peer-reviewed journals in the fields of endocrinology and reproduction. She participates as a tutor at the pre- and post-graduate curriculum of the AUTh Medical School. She is a founding member and has recently been elected as a co-Chair of the European Young Endocrine Scientists, the official representative body of young Endocrinologists within the European Society of Endocrinology.
