I am a senior professional with 12 years of international oil & gas experience in project and team management, business development and operations. In recent years, I managed challenging projects and led a high performing team to sustain and increase the company profitability directly reporting results to the executive board. Such projects included field development, drilling campaign, production optimization, enhanced recovery or process improvements. Earlier, my career turned when I started business development in a competitive EMEA landscape as part of a newly formed team. My client was the company that just acquired us! The focused approach of my proposed strategies enabled pro-active scouting of M&A deals and effective due diligence of prioritized companies and assets. My engineering background proved to be very helpful throughout my career, providing me with strong analytical skills to diagnose problems and test solutions often required in complex oil and gas environments. Some of those solutions and impacts include well and reservoir management plans, optimization of production, increase in recovery, drilling campaigns, field developments and gas compression projects. Motivated by challenging opportunities, I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and I am filled with optimism even at low oil price!
