Biography
Christian Wenger (Dr. iur., LL.M) is a Partner at law firm Wenger & Vieli, where he specializes in private equity, venture capital and mergers & acquisitions. He is a member of the Executive Committee of SECA (Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association). Wenger serves as chairman and member of various boards of directors of Swiss and international companies. Wenger studied at the University of Zurich where he earned his doctorate degree and graduated from Duke University Law School in North Carolina (LL.M.).
