Biography
Dr. Antonio H. Frangieh studied medicine at St. Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon, and completed a specialist training in internal medicine and cardiology at the Hotel Dieu de France Hospital. From January 2014 to January 2016, Dr. Frangieh Fellow for Interventional Cardiology with Professor Thomas F. Lüscher at the University Hospital Zurich. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Frangieh has been involved in several research projects, including acute coronary syndrome, resorbable vascular stasis, Tako-Tsubo cardiomyopathy, MitraClip, and left atrial appendage, and has authored several author articles as the first and co-author of prestigious medical journals. Because of his outstanding achievements, Dr. Frangieh 2014 the Federal Excellence Scholarship. Dr. Frangieh is expanding his medical education with further education in the area of ​​structural interventions, especially TAVI (transcatheter aortic valve implantation), at the German Heart Center of the Technical University of Munich, Germany.
