Bilgehan Karadag

Biography

Bilgehan Karadag was born in 1973 in Tekirdag, Turkey. In 1997 he graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of Marmara University. In 1998, he was among the top 10 out of more than 10,000 physicians in basic and clinical research in the Turkish Medical Residency. Later, in 2002, Dr. Karadag holds a followship in cardiology from the Cerrahpasa School of Medicine, Department of Cardiology I of the University of Istanbul. Between 2002 and 2004, he was followed by a follow-up in the field of interventional cardiology with Prof. Thomas F. Lüscher at the University Hospital Zurich. In 2004, Bilgehan Karadag became Associate Interventional Cardiology at the Cerrahpasa School of Medicine, Istanbul University. He is the author of over 30 essays and 5 book chapters. Currently Dr. Bilgehan Karadag Senior Consultant for Interventional Cardiology at the Cerrahpasa School of Medicine, Istanbul University.
