Biography
Sravan Kumar Payeli studied microbiology and biotechnology at Osmania University, Hyderabad, and Bangalore University, Bangalore, India from 1997-2002. From 2002 to 2003, he was a junior research fellow at the Molecular Virology and Immunology Lab of the Jawaharlal Nehru Center for Advanced Scientific Research, and then became a research fellow at Microtest Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (2003-2004), Bangalore, India. From 2005-2008, he continued his training in cardiovascular research at the Zurich Center for Integrative Human Physiology (ZIHP) at the Institute of Physiology, University of Zurich, Switzerland, where Sravan Payeli's work "Differences of Vascular Remodeling in the Human Coronary Artery Bypass Vessels "earned a Ph.D. From 2008-2010, Sravan Payeli worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Oncology at the University Hospital Zurich. Finally, he moved to Dutalys GmbH in Vienna, Austria, where he worked until 2011 as a researcher in the field of phage display. Since 2011, Dr. Payeli self-employed.
