Biography
Timo Speer studied medicine at Saarland University (D) From 2001-2008. Between 2010-2012 Postdoc Research Fellow at the Department of Cardiology of the University Hospital Zurich and the Institute of Physiology at the University of Zurich with Prof. Thomas F. Lüscher and Prof. Ulf Landmesser. 2013 Completion of the experimental PhD Thesis "Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Transfoms High-Density Liporotein (HDL) into a Noxious Particle-linking Endothelial Dysfunction, Hypertension and Innate Immunity". Since 2012 head of the working group for Vascular Biology and Lipoprotein Metabolism at the University Hospital Saarland (D). Timo Speer studied medicine at Saarland University (D) From 2001-2008.
