Biography
Yasuaki Dohi is Professor of Medicine at Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan. He studied medicine in his hometown of Nagoya in Japan and then continued his education in internal medicine with a focus on hypertension. In 1989, Yasuaki Dohi worked in the research group of Prof. Thomas F. Lüscher in Basel, returning to his home university after two years. In Nagoya, he works at the University Hospital as an internist with a special interest in cardiovascular diseases, especially hypertension.
