Biography
Mr. Fan joined AbGenomics in April 2002 as Finance and Accounting Manager, responsible for overall finance and accounting in Taiwan Branch. Mr. Fan accumulated his extensive experiences in accounting, Taxes, internal controls, auditing and managerial skills while working for T.N. Soong & Co., CPAs, which is now a member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited in Taiwan. Prior to joining AbGenomics, he was Executive Assistant to CEO and Accounting & Finance Manager of Elanvital Corporation, a subsidiary of ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. , Accounting & Finance Manager of Wang Film Productions Co., Ltd. ,the majority cartoon film OEM factory of MGM, Time Warner and Disney, and Accounting & Finance Manager of Jet Power Technology Co., Ltd. He was responsible for supervising, organizing and managing the finance, accounting, administration team and also acted as a coordinator of IPO and to set up internal control procedures, while working for those Taiwan companies.
