Dr. Anthony Y. H. Liao　 is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of M-Commerce and Multimedia Applications, Asia University , Taiwan . His research interests includes Software Engineering, Software Quality Management, Information Systems, Information Management, Service Oriented Architecture , Management of Technology, Knowledge Management, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Anthony Y. H. Liao　 is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
