Dr. Mei-Chin Mong is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Food Nutrition and Healthy Biotechnology, Asia University , Taiwan . His research interests includes Nutrition, Biochemistry, Nutrition, diet planning, Cell culture, Animal experiments. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Mei-Chin Mong is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Nutrition, Biochemistry, Nutrition, diet planning, Cell culture, Animal experiments.
