Dr. Shao-Ming Yang is currently working as a Assistant Professors in the Department of Computer Science & Information Engineering, Asia University , Taiwan . His research interests includes Semiconductor process and device simulation, semiconductor physics , integrated circuits , solid-state physics. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Shao-Ming Yang is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
