Dr. Hsing-Chung Chen is currently working as a Associate Professors in the Department of Computer Science & Information Engineering, Asia University , Taiwan . His research interests includes ICT security, wireless network security, computer networks, mobile communication system, digital image processing, Technology Law. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Hsing-Chung Chen is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to ICT security, wireless network security, computer networks, mobile communication system, digital image processing, Technology Law.
