Research Interest
My research interests are sensory evaulation, including commerical products , ice cream, traditional Chinese food and health foods. It primarily focuses on consumer test with multivariate statistical analysis in order of applying for food marketing and new product development, and qualty test, such as free-choice profiling, descriptive analysis and electonic tongue analysis.
