Biography
is a professor of Biomaterials Science and Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Rha conducts research on the structure, properties and functions of biopolymers and biomaterials, the design and engineering of biopolymers and biomaterials, and microstructure synthesis and fabrications. Her current area of interest focuses on drug and natural product discoveries. Dr. Rha is also the director of the Malaysia-MIT Biotechnology program.
