Biography
Charles Chih-Ho Liu has received his MD degree from National Taiwan University in 1990, and MS degree from Graduate Institute of Medical Informatics in Taipei Medical University in 2001. He is a Plastic Surgeon at Cathay General Hospital, a Lecturer in Medical Department of Fu-Jen Catholic University, and one of the co-founders of Taiwan Evidence-Based Medicine Association. Research interest includes Microsurgery, Medical Informatics, Data Mining of Unstructured Data, and Text Mining.
