Biography
Dr Chih-Jung Chang is a Organic Chemist and major on pharmaceutical field near 20 years. He work as the director of TOT Oncology Business Unit at TTY Biopharm before. His main responsibilities include project management creating business and drug development strategies for licensing and collaboration in global NCE (Specialty)/Biologics (NBE/Biosimilars) projects. With both technical knowledge and business acumen, Dr. Chang has extensive experiences building up new biologics and specialty pipelines that fit the company’s development strategy. In addition, Dr Chang has extensive experiences managing international networking and relationships for value-added bridge between early to late stage drug development. In particular, Dr Chang has extensive experiences working with global CRO/CMO resources to fast track drug development. Before assuming the current position, Dr Chang was with TaiGen Biotechnology and in charge of managing the company’s R&D projects and business development.
