Chen Liangjun had done his Doctor of Information Management, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.He was Lecturer at Digital Game and Animation Design, Taipei Institute of Marine Technology.He was also Lecturer at Department of Information Technology Applications, University of Science and Technology.
