Biography
Professor Zhang Zhongyong and Head of Department had done his Ph.D. from Institute of International Relations, University of Miami, Florida .He was Professor at Department of Public Safety, Central Police University and also at Presidential Office National Security Council Advisory Committee (seconded). His area of interest are Politics, International Relations, National Security Studies, Cross-Strait Relations Studies, Globalization and Security Studies, Crisis Management.
