CHANG, PEI - RONG had done BS from National Yang - Ming University, School of Nursing and MS from University of Washington, School of Nursing. She was Vice Director in Academy, Department of Nursing, Fooyin University. At present she is Leader in Industry - Academy Cooperation, Office of Research and Industry - Academia Development, Fooyin University.
