Biography
Chang,Ko-Li had done his Phd from Department of Industrial Education, Taiwan Normal University and master's from St. Bernard Connaught State University. He was secretary of the secretary at Fu Ying University of Science and Technology, convenor at Fu Ying University of Science and Technology staff assessment committee of course, Member of the Student Finance Committee of the University of Science and Technology and Member of the Environmental Safety and Health Committee of Fuying University of Science and Technology.
