Biography
Chen, Chih - yu had done his B.S.,Dept. of Chemistry and M.S. , Graduate Institute of Environmental Engineering from National Taiwan University. He had done Ph.D. from Graduate Institute of Environmental Engineering, National Taiwan University (1996). He was Secretary at School of Environmental and Life Science, Fooyin University. He was also Director at Division of Cooperation Affairs , Office of Research & Development , Fooyin University.
