Biography
CHING - FENG CHANG had done Master of Science in Nursing, Maternal - Child Clinical Nurse Specialist from University of South Alabama, Mobile, AL, U.S.A. and she was Doctoral student at University of Washington, School of Nursing, Seattle, WA, U.S.A. She was also Clinical Instructor at Department of Nursing, Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology, Hualian County, Taiwan. At present she is Senior Lecturer at Fooyin University.
