Biography
Li - choung Chiang is Ph.D. from N ational Cheng Kung University (NCKU). He was Committee member, Kaohsiung city environment education handbook; Lecturer, crossstrait environmental expert forum; Committee Member, Chinese Environment, Safety, and Health Association; Executive director, Accessment of University Performance; Dean of office of R&D affair, FYU and Vice president, FYU.
