Biography
Rung - Wei, Stacy Po had done Ph. D. in Technology Management, ITM of National Tsing Hua University (Jun 2014); M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management , National Taipei University of Technology ( Jun 2005 ) and B.B.A. in Business Administration , Chung Yuan Christian Universit y ( Jun 1995 ). She was Visiting Scholar , Business Administration Dept, College of Business of the University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign and Chief Secretary & Executive Assistant to President in Fooying University.
