Biography
Shu - Ming Chen had done her Bachelor of Nursing from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia and Master of Nursing from Griffith University, Australia. She had completed her PhD from Nursing and Midwifery, Griffith University, Australia.At present she is in Nursing department of Fooyin University as Assistant Professor.
