Wen - Tien Chang Chien is Ph.D., Institute of Applied Mechanics, National Taiwan University(2000) and M.S. Institute of Applied Mechanics, National Taiwan University( 1994 ).He was Information security advisor, Professional Technology Research Association in Cosmetic, Hairdressing, R.O.C.
