Patricia Chou

Biography

 Patricia Chou has been a CFO for public companies listed in Taiwan Stock Exchange and NASDAQ for 10 years. Patricia was honored as the “2014 Top 3 Best CFO” in Asia healthcare industry voted by security analysts in Institutional Investor magazine. Prior to joining Foresee, Patricia served as the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Corporate Development, and Spokesperson of ScinoPharm Taiwan, Ltd. from 2011 through 2016 and Chief Financial Officer of Actions Semiconductor Co., Ltd from 2006 through 2011. She was also an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairperson of China Kanghui Holding listed in NYSE. Patricia led the IPO process, improved the operational performance, built a strong finance/investor relations/M&A team, and also implemented a number of industry best-practices in financial reporting, capital market fundraising, corporate governance, M&A, business development, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Actions Semiconductor Co., Ltd. in 2006, she was Director of Business Development and then Senior Director of Accounting at Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC), where she was responsible for establishing a U.S. presence, developing new business initiatives, and leading SMIC’s global accounting team. She also participated in raising US$650 million in private funds and SMIC’s US$1.6 billion NYSE-listed initial public offering. From 1996 to 2001, Patricia was the Director of Accounting and Planning of Winbond Electronics Corporation U.S. operation. She started her career in 1992 with Deloitte as a financial auditor in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the United States. Patricia Chou holds a MBA degree from University of California, Berkeley, and a M.A. degree in Accounting from University of Southern California, and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from National Taiwan University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in Taiwan, the United States and China.
