Biography
Zunxuan (Digger) Chen is an expert in intellectual property law, corporate law, and laws related to cross border business transactions. Before joining Foresee, Dr. Chen was a senior attorney in several large law firms, where he focused his practice on patent prosecution, patent litigation, technology transfer, strategic counselling and patent portfolio development. He also managed legal affairs cross border between China and the United States, including merger and acquisition, commercial litigation, employment dispute, and other legal matters in the United States. Dr. Chen received his M.D. and Ph.D. in Microbiology from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology Tongji Medical School, M.S. in Pharmacology from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, and J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
