Biography
Mr. Yu Cheng has been serving as Independent Director in Formosa Petrochemical Corporation since June 4, 2009. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Petrochemical from National Taiwan University, and a Master's degree from National Chengchi University, Taiwan. He is also Chairman of the Board in Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd., as well as Independent Director in FORMOSA TAFFETA Co., Ltd. and another Taiwan-based company.
