Dr. Hsine-Jen Tsai is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Management, Fu Jen Catholic University , Taiwan. His research interests includes Operating System,Database Management,Programming Language,System program. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Hsine-Jen Tsai is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
