Dr. Xiao Ling Ling is currently working as a Assistant professor in the Department of Nursing, Fu Jen Catholic University , Taiwan. His research interests includes Community care, care for the elderly, long-term care, health promotion, menopause care. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Xiao Ling Ling is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
