Biography
He is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Nutrition, I-Shou University, Taiwan.
Research Interest
My works focus on the area of nutritional and immunoregulatory functions of dietary plant components. The investigation of the current study is to evaluate effects of some phytochemical compounds isolated from black soybean and alfalfa (Medicago Stativa L.) sprouts on acute inflammation, chronic inflammatory response, and autoimmunity in vitro and in vivo.
