Biography
Dr Fan Jingyuan is an Assistant professor in the Department of Nutrition and health Sciences at Kainan University. She has successfully completed her Administrative responsibilities as Postdoctoral Fellow at Taiwan University. She received her Master of Science at Taiwan University. She has authored many research articles/books.
