Biography
Dr Koo Chih-hong is an Assistant professor in the Department of Nutrition and health Sciences at Kainan University. She has successfully completed her Administrative responsibilities as Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University. She received her Master of Science at National Taiwan University. She has authored many research articles/books.
