Biography
Kuei-Min Chen received Ph.D in Gerontological Nursing from University of Minnesota Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S.A. and is working Professor & Chair of the International Affairs, College of Nursing, Kaohsiung Medical University, Director, Master Degree Program in Aging and Long-Term Care, Kaohsiung Medical University, Director, Kaohsiung Elderly Research and Development Center, Kaohsiung City Government.
