Chien-Liang Lin has done his Ph.D. Currently he is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Information Engineering in Kun Shan University. His research interests are Internet, wireless communications, service quality assurance, resource management mechanism. Several papers of his work were published in various national and International journals.
